Yes, all our watches are 100% authentic, brand new, and certified Tête de Vipère with French movements. We guarantee the authenticity of all our products.

Do you offer watches for men and women?

Our watches are suitable for both men and women. The universal model features a 36mm dial with an adjustable strap, offering a stylish design suitable for all wrists.

Is the watch automatic?

Yes, our watches are equipped with an automatic movement. They wind themselves automatically with the movement of your wrist, without the need for a battery.

How to choose the right bracelet size?

Our watches are equipped with a calfskin strap with two length choices (S 13.5 - 17cm and standard 15.5 - 21.5cm).

Can I change the strap of my watch?

Specifications for changing the strap vary by model. Contact us for more information.

How do I measure my wrist?

Use a tape measure or string and then measure it with a ruler. Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a watch. Add 1 to 2 cm for comfort.

How do I maintain my watch?

To preserve your automatic watch, wear it regularly to keep the movement running. Avoid violent shocks and exposure to strong magnetic fields.

Is my watch waterproof? To what depth?

Waterproofing specifications are indicated on each product sheet. Check this information before any exposure to water.

How to set the time?

Gently pull the crown out to position 1 to set the time, then return it to the initial position.

What should I do if my watch stops?

If your automatic watch stops, shake it gently or wear it for a few hours to restart the automatic mechanism.

Where can I get my watch repaired?

For any repairs, contact our after-sales service who will direct you to the appropriate solution.

Our watches are fitted with a 20x14 - 120x75mm matte grained calfskin leather strap that fits most wrists.

How can I place an order on your website?

To place an order, select your watch and click "Add to Cart." Review your cart contents, then click "Checkout." Follow the checkout steps by entering your shipping and payment information. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

What payment methods are accepted?

We only accept online payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You have 14 legal days to cancel your order in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will systematically receive a confirmation email after each order placed.

How long does it take to process my order?

Pre-sales end on November 28th. Delivery will take place 3 months after this date.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number by email and it will also be available in your customer account.

What if I am not there when the delivery takes place?

All our watches come with a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days after receipt to return your watch.
