Refund policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1.1 Period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your watch to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

1.2 Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email at clement.dorigo@atelier-dorigo.com before the expiration of the period.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

2.1 Product Condition

The watch must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging and documentation.

2.2 Return Costs

Return costs are at your expense, except in case of defective product or error on our part.

2.4 Packaging

We recommend using secure packaging and a carrier with tracking to avoid any loss or deterioration.

3. REFUND

3.1 Period

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned watch.

3.2 Method

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the initial order.

3.3 Amount

The refund covers the purchase price of the product. Initial delivery costs and return costs remain at your expense.

4. LEGAL WARRANTY

4.1 Warranty of Conformity

You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Article L217-4 of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery.

4.2 Warranty Against Hidden Defects

You also benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

4.3 Manufacturer's Warranty

In addition to legal warranties, our watches benefit from a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

5.1 Reporting

In case of a defective product, contact our after-sales service by email at clement.dorigo@atelier-dorigo.com with a description of the problem and photos.

5.2 Coverage

Return costs for a defective product are covered by ATELIER Dorigo.

5.3 Solutions

Depending on the case, we will proceed with replacement, repair or refund of the defective product.
