Terms of sale

ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between ATELIER Dorigo, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer", wishing to make a purchase via the website.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

ATELIER Dorigo sells automatic watches certified Tête de Vipère with French movement. All watches are new and authentic. Products are presented on the website with their essential characteristics.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS

3.1 Ordering Process

Orders are placed exclusively online via the website. The Buyer selects products, adds them to the cart and proceeds to payment.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Every order is confirmed by email sent to the Buyer.

3.3 Pre-orders

Pre-orders end on November 9th. Deliveries are scheduled for mid-March 2026.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

4.2 Payment

Payment is made exclusively by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) at the time of order.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery Area

Deliveries are made in France and internationally via UPS.

5.2 Timeframes

Deliveries are scheduled for mid-March 2026. International delivery times vary according to destination country.

5.3 Tracking

A UPS tracking number is communicated by email and available in the customer account.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

ARTICLE 7 - WARRANTY

All watches benefit from a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the delivery date.

ARTICLE 8 - LIABILITY

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect or unforeseeable damages. Their liability is limited to the order amount.

ARTICLE 9 - PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected is subject to computer processing intended for order management. In accordance with GDPR, the Buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
